Returns & Refunds

This information applies in addition to any mandatory consumer rights that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

14-day return period

You may request an eligible return within 14 days after receiving your order. If mandatory law in your country gives you additional rights, those rights continue to apply.

To start a return, email mutanttitan.help@gmail.com before the applicable deadline, include your order number and clearly state that you want to return the item. We will send you the appropriate return instructions and return address. Please do not send items to a supplier or production address without receiving instructions first.

Condition of returned items

Please return items unworn, unused and with tags and original packaging where reasonably possible. You may inspect a product as you would in a physical shop. Where permitted by law, a refund may be reduced to reflect loss in value caused by handling beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect the product.

Return shipping

For a change-of-mind return, the customer is responsible for the direct cost of returning the item unless mandatory law provides otherwise or Mutant Titan agrees to cover it. Do not purchase a return service before receiving the return instructions if you are unsure where the item must be sent.

Faulty, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming items

If an item arrives faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially different from its description, contact us as soon as possible with the order number and, where useful, photographs of the issue. We will assess the case and provide an appropriate solution. Your statutory rights, including any applicable legal guarantee for defective or non-conforming goods, are not affected.

Refunds

Once a return is approved and, where applicable, the returned goods or proof of return have been received, the refund will be issued to the original payment method in accordance with applicable law. Any delivery amounts that must legally be refunded will be handled accordingly. Your bank or payment provider may require additional processing time after the refund is issued.

Exceptions

Returns or withdrawal may be excluded only where the law permits. Examples can include goods made to the consumer's specifications or clearly personalised, perishable goods, and sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health-protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed. A product is not treated as non-returnable merely because it was produced on demand.

Exchanges

If you need another size or product, contact us first. Depending on the item and fulfilment status, the simplest route may be to return the eligible item and place a new order.
