What is the average delivery time?

Delivery time depends on the destination country, but the average is 5–10 business days. If your order takes longer, please contact our support team.

Is there a refund period?

Yes. You have 14 days to request a return. Items must be sent to the address provided on the packaging. Depending on the reason for the return, shipping costs may be covered partially, fully, or by the customer.

Can I change my details after confirming the order?

Yes, changes can be made within 14 days, as long as the order has not yet been processed.
