Orders are processed within 2 business days after payment confirmation.
During promotional periods or holiday seasons, processing times may take slightly longer.

Mainland Portugal: delivery within 5-8 business days after shipping.

Islands (Azores and Madeira): delivery within 5-8 business days after shipping.

International shipping: delivery time varies depending on the destination, usually between 5–15 business days.

3. Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout, depending on the destination and order weight.
Free shipping for orders above 60€.
4. Order Tracking
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking code via email or SMS to follow your order in real time.
5. Delivery Responsibility
It is the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct and complete address.
If the order is returned due to an incorrect address or the recipient’s absence, additional costs may apply for reshipping.
