Is shipping included in the price?

For products assigned to our Printful free-shipping profile, standard shipping is already included in the displayed product price. If another product has a different shipping condition or charge, you will see it at checkout before payment.

Where does Mutant Titan deliver?

We sell to multiple international destinations. Availability for your exact address and any applicable delivery conditions are confirmed at checkout.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Many products are produced or prepared on demand, so timing varies by product, fulfilment location and destination. Use the estimate shown at checkout, in order updates or in tracking information as a guide rather than a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly stated otherwise.

Will I receive tracking?

When tracking is available, shipment details are sent after dispatch. It can take some time for the carrier to show the first movement after a label is created.

Why did my order arrive in more than one parcel?

Different items can occasionally be fulfilled from different locations or suppliers. That means one order may arrive in separate parcels.

Can I return an item?

Eligible returns can be requested within 14 days after receipt. Mandatory consumer rights that apply in your country are not affected. See our Returns & Refunds page for the full process.

What if my item is damaged, faulty or incorrect?

Email mutanttitan.help@gmail.com with your order number and, where useful, photographs of the issue. We will assess the case and help with the appropriate solution.

How do I choose my size?

Check the size information shown on the product page because fits can vary between products and suppliers. If you are between sizes or unsure, contact us before ordering and tell us which product you are considering.

Are Mutant Titan products made on demand?

Many products are produced or prepared after an order is placed. This helps us offer a broader range of designs and sizes without holding large quantities of finished stock.

Can I use a discount code?

If you have a valid Mutant Titan discount code, enter it where prompted at checkout. Eligibility and any restrictions are shown or applied during checkout.
