Shipping & Delivery

Mutant Titan works with fulfilment partners, including print-on-demand providers, so processing and delivery can vary by product and destination.

Shipping costs

For products assigned to our Printful free-shipping profile, standard shipping is included in the displayed product price. No additional standard shipping charge is added at checkout for supported destinations.

If a product uses a different fulfilment or shipping profile, any different delivery condition or additional charge will be shown at checkout before payment.

Processing and delivery estimates

Many items are produced or prepared on demand before dispatch. Processing time and delivery time therefore depend on the product, fulfilment location, destination, carrier capacity, peak periods and other operational factors. Any estimate shown at checkout, in an order update or in tracking information is an estimate rather than a guaranteed delivery date unless expressly stated otherwise.

Tracking

When tracking is available, shipment information is sent after the order has been dispatched. Tracking can take time to update after a label is created or a carrier receives the parcel.

Split shipments

Items from the same order may occasionally be produced or shipped from different locations and arrive in separate parcels. For products on the Printful free-shipping profile, you will not be charged an additional standard shipping fee solely because an order is split.

Customs and import charges

For deliveries outside the European Union, local customs duties, import taxes or handling fees may apply depending on the destination and applicable rules. Where these charges are not collected at checkout, they may be payable by the recipient.

Address accuracy

Please check your delivery address before completing payment. If you notice an error, contact us immediately. Once fulfilment or shipping has started, an address change might no longer be possible.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

If tracking appears significantly delayed, shows an issue, or the parcel arrives damaged, contact mutanttitan.help@gmail.com with your order number so we can investigate with the fulfilment provider or carrier.
