These Terms govern purchases and use of the Mutant Titan online store at mutanttitan.com. By placing an order or using the store, you agree to these Terms together with the policies made available on the website. Nothing in these Terms limits mandatory consumer rights that apply to you.

1. Store and contact

Mutant Titan operates the online store mutanttitan.com. For questions about an order or these Terms, contact mutanttitan.help@gmail.com.

2. Products

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Colours and appearance may vary slightly because of screens, photography, production methods or normal manufacturing tolerances. Many items are produced or prepared on demand. Product availability, sizing information and specifications may be updated when necessary.

3. Prices and payment

Prices are shown in the currency presented on the store and include applicable taxes where the store displays them as included. Available payment methods are shown at checkout. You are responsible for providing complete and accurate billing and delivery information.

4. Orders

Submitting an order does not prevent us from cancelling it where there is a legitimate reason, including payment failure, suspected fraud, an obvious pricing error, inability to fulfil the item or a legal restriction. If we cancel a paid order, amounts due back to you will be refunded in accordance with applicable law.

5. Shipping

For products assigned to our Printful free-shipping profile, standard shipping is included in the displayed product price and no additional standard shipping charge is added at checkout for supported destinations. If another product has different delivery conditions or charges, these are shown before payment. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed unless expressly stated otherwise.

6. Returns, withdrawal and defective goods

Returns and refunds are governed by the return information made available on the store and by mandatory consumer law. Where a statutory right of withdrawal applies, customers may exercise it in accordance with applicable rules. Statutory rights regarding faulty, damaged, incorrect or non-conforming goods are not affected.

7. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the Mutant Titan name, original artwork, graphics, product designs, photographs, text and other store content are protected by applicable intellectual-property rights. Third-party names, marks, characters or works remain the property of their respective owners where applicable. You may not reproduce or commercially exploit protected store content without permission or another lawful basis.

8. Acceptable use

You must not misuse the website, attempt unauthorised access, interfere with its operation, submit malicious code, use the store for fraud or unlawful activity, or infringe the rights of others.

9. Third-party services

The store uses third-party services such as Shopify, payment providers, fulfilment partners and delivery carriers. Their services may be subject to their own terms and privacy notices where they act independently.

10. Liability and mandatory rights

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful. Any limitations are subject to mandatory consumer protections and other rights that cannot legally be waived.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by Portuguese law, without depriving consumers of mandatory protections that apply under the law of their country of residence.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms when necessary to reflect changes to the store, services or applicable requirements. The date above indicates the latest revision.
